The main level features a custom wood kitchen with extensive cabinetry, large countertops, an island with bar seating, modern appliances, and an adjacent dining area. The open layout connects the kitchen to a comfortable living room with direct access to the pool deck.

The home offers two separate living areas, giving guests room to gather while also providing quieter spaces to relax.

A second kitchen provides additional refrigerator, counter, sink, and food-preparation space—particularly convenient when hosting a larger group.

Outside, the expansive upper deck features a private pool, lounge seating, outdoor tables, and uninterrupted views toward Buck Island. A spacious covered lower deck provides another outdoor gathering area with dining space, lounge seating, and a hammock. Ceiling fans throughout the home and outdoor areas help circulate the Caribbean breezes.

Guests will have access to the home’s living areas, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, both kitchens, office, private pool, upper pool deck, covered lower deck, driveway, and designated outdoor spaces.

Buck Island Overlook is situated in the peaceful hills of Hope & Carton Hill on St. Croix’s scenic East End. Its elevated location provides sweeping views across the surrounding hills, Caribbean Sea, and Buck Island.

The East End is known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful coastline, scenic drives, and outdoor recreation. Guests can explore nearby beaches, enjoy swimming and snorkeling at Teague Bay or Cramer’s Park, and visit Point Udall—the easternmost point of the United States—for panoramic views and a memorable sunrise.

More adventurous guests can hike to Jack and Isaac Bays, protected beaches known for their natural surroundings, snorkeling, and marine life. Dining options on the East End include casual markets, waterfront restaurants, resort dining, and local favorites such as Duggan’s Reef. Christiansted’s historic waterfront, restaurants, shops, galleries, and Buck Island excursion departures are also accessible by car.

Because the home is in an elevated residential setting and East End attractions are spread out, a rental car is strongly recommended. Some island roads are narrow, winding, or steep, so guests should drive carefully—particularly after dark.
