About SP Vacations
SP Vacations is the vacation-rental side of Sterling Point Real Estate, managing homes on St. Croix from the island itself.

What we do
We manage the homes on this site for their owners: guest communication, cleaning and maintenance, listing on the major channels, and direct bookings here. Guests deal with us before, during and after their stay. Several reviews on this site mention Rich, who manages the homes, by name.
How the homes are run
Every property in the portfolio is inspected, cleaned and supported by an on-island team. Booking with SP Vacations means booking with a licensed real estate operation based in Christiansted rather than an absentee host: the people who answer the phone are the people who look after the house.
The portfolio
The homes range from a one-bedroom ocean-view condo for two to a six-bedroom beach house for twelve. Some sit on the beach itself; others have a private pool. Most are around Christiansted and the East End facing Buck Island, plus a home on the calm, sunset-facing west coast near Frederiksted. See them all, or use the island map to see where each one sits.
What we don't do
This site is about rentals. We don't sell real estate through it, we don't quote nightly prices on these pages (they live on each home's booking page, where they're always current), and we don't write our own reviews.
How this site works
Every villa page carries the home's own listing description and amenity list, unedited, plus real guest reviews including the critical ones. The island guides were written from official and first-party sources checked in August 2026; if a business is named, it was open then, and the closed ones are named so nobody drives to a locked door.

Sterling Point Real Estate
SP Vacations is the rental side of Sterling Point Real Estate, a licensed St. Croix brokerage with its office on King Street in Christiansted. The same on-island team that lists and sells homes here also looks after the ones you book — so the people answering the phone know the island, not just the calendar.
The brokerage is owned by Nadja Boulger-Watrous, its principal broker, and Rich Watrous, who runs property management — the person many guests already deal with by name.
