If you’re coming to st croix and have a small family this place is really perfect. Perched beautifully on a hillside with sweeping ocean views. Joleigh was fantastic and super helpful to us and we will absolutely stay here when we come back. Thanks for making this a great vacation
Absolutely stunning! We had the best time! Our host Jolie was amazing!! The house was perfect for us and spacious! The beach was beautiful and relaxing and we even got to watch surfers every morning! We didn’t have small children but for anyone who does, this beach is not really swimmable due to rockiness and intense waves due to this end of the island being very breezy! However, if you like to walk and treasure hunt, the sea glass is amazing! Neighborhood is gated and extremely safe! Pool is perfect and everything is there that you could need for the beach! We left an umbrella and sifter for the next family :) They have chairs, towels, clips, sunblock, bug spray, aloe, etc we will definitely be back!
This beach front home was perfect for our group of 6 (3 adult couples). The house is situated steps from the beach (just down a short path) with a lovely pool and patio area with plenty of seating. The home is very clean and well appointed. We found everything we needed. We would love to return.
5/5 This place was perfect for a family of four. Plenty of space and stunning views. The area is safe. Bedrooms are a good size and provide plenty of dresser and closet space. The kitchen was well equipped, and the complimentary sunscreen, after-sun products, and bug spray were an unexpected but wonderful surprise. There are some insects, but it’s the tropics and was expected, and it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the place. The pool is not huge, but it’s perfect for the location and, again, the views are incredible. The hosts gave us suggestions for where to pick up groceries and were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Would stay there again. Beautiful place and we had a fantastic time.
Saint Croix was one of our favorite family vacations. Although you can enjoy the view all day, I recommend waking up and making a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise above the pool and ocean view. The bedrooms were good sized and all had large windows with views of the ocean. Nothing is too far on this island so no issues driving to restaurants or grocery stores. Rich did guide us from the airport to the Airbnb when we first arrived which helped us get accommodated to driving on the left side of the road.
From the phone call the day before our arrival to the in-person quick tour of the property, the personalized service was exemplary. The home was beautiful, stocked with pool and beach necessities, and had ample, clean space for cooking, dining, and relaxing inside or out. With a combination of both pool and beach access, this was just what we wanted. Island recommendations were given for activities and dining. This property was private and safe, while also being centrally located to destinations around the island. We loved our stay!
Rich and his team did a fantastic job making our stay in St Croix completely stress free. The home was beautiful and came as advertised. Everything was in working order with no unpleasant surprises. We truly felt at home in Toes in the Sand! Won’t be too long before you see us again! Also, special shout out to Joliegh. She was wonderful from the beginning and made sure to check on us throughout the week. Thank you again for a memorable experience!!
This stay was everything I needed and more. The view alone is worth booking—absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. There’s something about waking up to that kind of scenery that instantly puts you at ease. What really stood out, though, was how peaceful and quiet everything felt. It was the perfect escape from the noise and busyness of everyday life. Whether I was relaxing with a coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the atmosphere made it easy to fully disconnect and recharge. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, which only added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax, reflect, and enjoy some uninterrupted peace, this is it. I’d absolutely stay here again.
Rich's house was lovely! Clean, well set up, and all in working order. The pictures do make it look a bit larger than it is. We had 3 couples and the bedrooms were all similar in set up and great (hard to find!). We loved that it was on the beach! Waking up to the sunrise was amazing! It is not an easily swim able beach, though it is very friendly to surfing, and had surfers daily. There was some variation in instructions in the book at the house and on line. There was also a bit of issue with the check in form online as the host was switching management companies. However it was quickly sorted when Rich took the time to call me. When our flights were delayed Rich was very responsive and easily switched main contacts for someone that wasn't delayed, hugely appreciated that! You do need to drive to get to restaurants and food, but the island isn't huge and nothing is crazy far!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is very clean. The back patio and pool area is very relaxing. There is easy access to the beach. And we enjoyed watching the surfers at Judith‘s Fancy. Rich is incredibly responsive to all messages and questions. We highly recommend this for your stay in St. Croix.
Dragonfly is a beautiful home away from home. Incredible views from every angle. The house was the perfect island home for our stay. It was very relaxing and was exactly what we needed. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and attentive. I highly recommend this house for your trip to STX.
The mountain view is beyond amazing if you never live in a house on the mountaintop. it's so quiet except sound from nature. you can expect deer spotting, hummingbirds, small lizards around the house. I can see the sea in the Buck Island without any obstructions. The wind in the late March is so cool that I don't need to turn on the AC unless you feel uncomfortable about the wind noise. Not too many stinging bugs during my late March visit. The House has Wi-Fi but you don't have mobile network unless you drive 2 mi away to the west. This means you need to download the offline map or you need to have a paper map. and you'd better have a Jeep Wrangler rental or similar vehicle to deal with the gnarly road, uphill and downhill. There were some miscommunications between me and the host but Mr. Rich helped to solve it quickly.
Place was great. In a very safe area and beautiful pool and small beach right outside. In a great area too! The place itself was the perfect place for my four friends and I to stay.
The Condo was located conveniently to downtown, Christiansted. Amenities and beach access were Excellent. An overall nice place to stay.
This place was beyond what we expected. The beach front area was perfect to sit and listen to the waves while the house was bigger than what we needed but gave everyone their own space and bathrooms!! The deck and pool area during the day and at night. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large party. The host give fast responses when I asked of anything.
Great location in a beautiful home. Perfect site for multiple couples to enjoy their time together while having their own personal space. Rich was so helpful with everything we needed.
The views were breath taking. We very much enjoyed near by restaurants. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were addressed by Rich. We had a wonderful vacation and we are considering coming back!
We spent a few days at Dragonfly, and after experiencing an unexpected issue with the property, had to be relocated to another property in this management’s portfolio, which was a wonderful beachfront home in Judith’s Fancy. Overall, we had the best of both worlds - hills and beach, and Rich was super responsive, professional and I would rent from him again.
Great location and great space. it was so nice to be able to walk right out to the beach and enjoy beautiful sunrises. We had a couple things we needed to communicate with Rich about and he was very responsive! Great communication and very helpful. We loved the space it was perfect for our group. Everyone we encountered there was great! Wish we could have stayed longer!
Mr. Rich was great to work with and made our trip very enjoyable!!! Great place to stretch out and relax, especially after tours, beach escapades and exploring beauties of St. Croix!
Rich was responsive when TV didn’t work. Came by next day to fix it. The first night we had difficulty getting inside the condo due to no outside lights ( later bulbs were replaced) and couldn’t get lock box to work until 4 th attempt in the dark. Lock box contained 3 different keys. Locked screen door and another lock for front door. The A/C worked well, nice washer and dryer. Beach chairs and towels were nice for outings to beach. Seaside Restaurant on premises was good and can eat right on the water. Only disappointment was very hard mattresses and the fact that none of the windows in the whole condo will open. Some of the condos in the building do have balconies and open windows but not this particular one. Overall a good experience communicating with Rich but condo could have used better mattresses and windows for ventilation.
Very good location. While there is not a lot of sunlight in the house but people don’t stay indoor when visiting beaches. Very walkable to closest supermarkets but still recommend rental if you want to explore.
Best views in STX- we visit at least 3x a year and this view can’t be topped. Can’t wait to return!
Convenient mid island location, only a half hour to east end or Frederiksted. Grocery and restaurants near by. This condo is a ground floor unit, but does have stairs to get into the unit. The host sends you an email with a “guest book” which you either need to download or have strong enough internet access in order to find gate/lockbox/punch codes to get into the complex, into the condo or from the pool/ocean area. The beach and ocean is not swimmable in this area. The pool is nice but also is attached to an open restaurant so it’s dinner and a show. You definitely feel watched if you go for a dip while they are open. Condo was tidy, had plenty for cooking spices and oils. Keurig if you want it. Blow dryer did not work and they only had one functioning beach chair. The cooler was the perfect packed lunch size. Plenty of towels, beds were comfy. Host does respond to messages but it takes quite a while!
Definitely recommend staying here. Grateful this place was available as we had a last-minute trip to the island. In a good location near everything(by car). Rich was friendly and very responsible. Tip: download the Google map app. Apple Maps doesn’t work that well. And you'll wanna rent a car.
We had a great time in st.criox . The weather was gorgeous, and this house has the most amazing views!! You are right next to the public access to the beach out back which was awesome. Kids really enjoyed the pool and we had enough room for our party of 8. Great central location to everything we wanted to do on the island. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. House was very well stocked with all the essentials and the grocery stores were a quick trip away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for an Airbnb on the island.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Hook ‘em on Paradise from the pool to the quiet neighborhood to the incredible views! Everything was perfect for our group of 6 and we will definitely add this home to our ‘return trip’ list.
The space is exactly as pictured and host is responsive. I suggest trying the restaurant on property as the food is authentic and delicious.

From booking to heading home this has been a wonderful experience. The space was beautiful with quick access to a fantastic beach where turtles were laying their eggs.
Rich's place was absolutely outstanding! We have traveled relatively extensively, staying in Airbnbs in the US and abroad, and this was definitely one of our favorite stays. Rich reached out after booking to coordinate meeting us upon arrival. We met Sandy at the airport, and she kindly showed us to the home and pointed out helpful spots along the way. The photos of the outdoor space and views truly do not do either justice - this home has breathtaking sweeping views that make for a peaceful home base. We were traveling with our one year old and needed a spot that allowed for outdoor shaded space, and the covered patio was absolutely perfect, providing all day shade. There are also sunny spots to enjoy along with the stunning pool. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped. We used the primary bed and bath, and both were spacious, comfortable, and relaxing! This home is truly a gem that is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of St. Croix's highlights!

She met us upon arrival show us the house and was available by text for any questions. Teh house was very clean and well furnished. Great host and location was good. Nothing to do with rental, make to rent a jeep if driving. The roads have many potholes and in order to get to mount eagle and hams bluff light house is very useful.
This is a little slice of Paradise! Toes in the Sand's views are breathtaking and the sound of the crashing surf is therapeutic. Breezy living and sleeping spaces are matched with an outdoor area designed for sun worship. The pool was impossibly cold, but our two lady travelers found their way in. The pool temperature was truly the only nit we had to pick! Kinda centrally located on the island, we spent time on all four 'coasts.' Sampled several dining options around the island and found them all worthy for at least one offering. One fellow traveler called our time 'the trop of a lifetime. ' He was correct! Stunning. Beautiful. Memorable.
The house is stunning. Such a treat to wake up every day on the beautiful ocean. The entire back of the home has floor-to-ceiling windows, so you have incredible views from most vantages. Each morning, we enjoyed watching surfers take the waves. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The house is easily drivable to the island's best restaurants and shopping. We spent most days exploring the island's lovely beaches, and Rich supplied four beach chairs for our ventures. Highly recommend.
Stunning on all accounts! Fantastic location, house was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our contacts at the house were always responsive. They were even able to provide a new dryer when it was found not to be working (malfunctioning appliances is very common occurrence on the island). The dryer was ordered and installed within a few hours of initially reporting our problem. Which for this location is remarkable! Thanks for a great stay!
This house was amazing! Girls trip with 4 ladies. The house is in a really nice neighborhood. It has it's own secluded area where you walk the beach. Had pool that was great for the lazy day spent in the sun. Large bedrooms. Spacious living room and kitchen. Super clean. Provided beach towels and chairs. It was a delight! Would most definitely stay here again!
Perfect location. Safe, beautiful, waterfront with a pool and restaurant. Plenty of space for my family with everything we needed. Grill area was nice. We were able to wash clothes and make our own food. Clean and comfy with lots of seating space. My husband and son loved the recliners. Easy check in and out. Easy to park. Easy to find trash and recycling bins for the condos. Good water pressure. Comfy beds. Ice cold A/C. Comfy sectional. Great WiFi. Could not ask for anything else. We had a great week
What a cool place! Not overly extravagent - which is good - felt like home and not a museum display like some other places. Awesome to have extra towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkel gear to use! Perfect for a family vacation! For anyone on the fence about the location - its fine. The whole island is only an hour drive from one end to the other. Not very 'walkable' but if you have a car, its just fine.
Great little place with a pool and beach access. Short drive to Christiansted for shopping. Place was clean inside and stocked with cooking supplies. Communication regarding check-in could have been better - did not get information until the day before trip. Overall a good home base while visiting St. Croix.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Mill Harbor at this condo. Beautiful property that is centrally located and access to lots of amenities in the island. Rich was also an excellent host who was very responsive and aided us when we were locked out of the restaurant

This is a lovely condo, very well-appointed, comfortable and spotless. The location is right off the Five Corners, very near a grocery store, and you can be in downtown Christiansted or on the boardwalk in about 5 minutes. The property is quite secure, in a gated complex and there is a double set of doors to each unit, both of which can both be locked. In terms of the furnishings, the sofa in the roomy living area was super comfortable and even had some reclining positions. The TV screen was large and accommodated streaming. The kitchen microwave appeared to be brand new and was a pleasure to use. There was a very nice set of dishes and lots of glassware. The bathrooms had very nice thick towels and there were 4 nice beach towels as well. The property manager for the unit was extremely helpful and responsive. Any questions were answered immediately via text. Highly recommend this unit as a base for your adventures in St. Croix!

This is a fantastic place to stay for a great week in St. Croix! The resort is quiet, clean, and the access to the private beach and pool made a day at the condo just as nice as a day on the go. On the day of our arrival, we were greeted by Cheri and John who escorted us to the unit and provided us with great recommendations and tips for the week. Would definitely stay here and through Calabash Realtors again! (P.S. I’d strongly recommend a rental car for the island)
Beautiful, spacious condo, exactly as described. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen so we could make our own meals when we wanted to. Looks out onto a peaceful lagoon and is about 75 steps from the beach. Thank you for accommodating us and our last-minute booking request!

This rental was absolutely breathtaking in terms of privacy and beauty! We truly felt like we were in our own little paradise. Communication was top-notch with Cheri. She was clear in her helpfulness and always responded within moments. The care taker Bob was also readily available anytime we encountered a small problem. We had a couple minor issues due to crazy weather that were resolved promptly! I cannot recommend this Airbnb and its hosts enough. Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!
The condo was great! Very clean, good furniture, comfortable beds, quiet and relaxing development, plenty of space, good kitchen for cooking. There isn’t any thing nearby to walk to (you need a car in St Croix anyway and the development is right on the beach! I’m referring to dining & entertainment) but the location worked well for driving to all of the various sites without feeling like we were too far in one corner of the island. We ate at the restaurant one night, and the Salmon and Surf/Turf specials were good! I also loved the landscaping on the grounds! We plan to return to the island, and we may decide to stay somewhere completely different for fun, but I would definitely go back to this condo again if we weren’t looking for a fresh experience. If you have teens, please make sure they have keys when moving about the property as we saw a full time resident/board member hassle some kids who “looked” like they “didn’t belong.”
This condo was spacious, clean, and clutter free. The pool was awesome and there is a great restaurant on site. You can walk outback and see and hear the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, nice furniture and the owners left beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and beach towels in the closet for us to use. Our host, Cheri was super helpful and responded very quickly. Overall we were very comfortable and had a wonderful time in St. Croix!

Dragonfly Villa was a beautiful space and accurately presented. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities needed we were able to have many meals at the AirBnb. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. Cheri met us at the airport and helped us navigate to the property (which required a little detour due to the president staying nearby). We enjoyed the island and having the gorgeous home to come back to. We were able to relax in the quiet environment. Clean and clutter free.
We had one of the best family vacations we've ever had! The condo was very clean and family friendly. Communication was the best we've ever had with an Airbnb host! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!
The place was a great location easy to get to town and as well as go to different towns long as she had a rental. Access to the beach in the back and pool and a restaurant which was great as well.

My stay was nothing short of perfect. The property was as described, very private, and extremely comfortable. The view of the sunrise from the upstairs suite was the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked. I highly recommend for a relaxing stay-cation or romantic getaway. I would stay here again!
