Concierge
A villa is the base; the concierge is everything around it. Tell the Sterling Point team what would make the trip easier, and we arrange what we can on island.
Some of it is set on each home's own terms, and some depends on the dates and the group — so the honest answer is always the same: tell us, and we'll say what's possible, what it costs, and what isn't on for a given house. You're dealing with the on-island team that runs the home, not a call center.
Before you arrive
Provisioning and groceries. Land to a stocked kitchen. Send a list — coffee, the kids' cereal, a case of rum, whatever the week needs — and we'll have the basics in before you walk through the door, or point you to Seaside Market and Plaza Extra for the run yourself.
Getting from the airport. A car is practically essential here: the homes are private and spread across the island, and there is no Uber or Lyft. We'll help you line up a rental at Henry E. Rohlsen (STX) or a private transfer straight to the house. See renting a car and getting here.
Which home — or two. Booking a group across more than one home, or not sure which villa fits? That's a conversation, not a form. Tell us the group and the dates and we'll suggest the one, or the pair, that works.
During your stay
A private chef and in-villa dining. Several of the homes note a private chef on request. A chef for the arrival night, a full week of dinners, or a one-off celebration meal — we'll ask the home and come back with what's possible and what it costs.
On the water. Buck Island snorkel trips, a half-day catamaran, sport fishing off Lang Bank, a sunset sail — the island's licensed operators run daily, and we'll help you book the right one for your group. The things-to-do pages have the detail.
Ashore. Rum-distillery tours, a guided hike, the night kayak on the bioluminescent bay: we'll point you to the operators we'd send our own guests to, and help you get the dates held.
Housekeeping and the small stuff. A mid-stay clean, extra linens, a crib or a high chair for the little ones — ask, and we'll sort what the home allows.
Celebrations. A proposal on the beach, an anniversary dinner, a small wedding party using the villa as its base — bring us the plan. Villas are the lodging base rather than event venues, so we'll be straight about what a given house can host. Start from the celebrations pages.
How to ask
The simplest path: mention it when you inquire about a home, or tell us once you've booked. There's a small coordination fee for concierge arrangements, quoted upfront, and any third-party costs — a chef, a charter, provisioning — are quoted before anything is booked. You're dealing with the people who run the home, so we'll be straight about what's arrangeable, what it costs, and what isn't possible for a particular house.

What guests ask us
Is there a concierge fee?
Yes — a small coordination fee covers the arranging, and we tell you what it is upfront. Anything with its own cost — a private chef, a charter, provisioning — is quoted separately before it's booked, so there are no surprises.
When should I ask for concierge help?
As early as you like. Provisioning and a chef are easiest to arrange with a few days' notice; a rental car and a boat in the busy winter season are worth lining up well ahead. You can also ask after you've booked — just tell us what you're thinking.
Can you arrange a private chef?
For several of the homes, yes, on request. Tell us the villa and the dates and we'll confirm whether a chef is available for that house, the kind of menus on offer, and what it costs — a single arrival dinner or a full week.
Do you book the boat trips and tours yourselves?
We help you book them with St. Croix's own licensed operators — Buck Island snorkel trips, catamaran day sails, sport fishing, the bioluminescent-bay night kayak, rum-distillery tours. We recommend the one that fits your group and dates rather than sell you a package.
Can you help with a celebration, or a group spread across two homes?
Yes — that's exactly the kind of request that doesn't fit a booking form. Tell us the group, the dates and the idea and we'll put it together. The celebrations pages cover weddings, honeymoons and retreats, with a villa as the base.
