These terms govern your use of this website. The rental of any home is governed by the rental agreement, cancellation policy and house rules presented on that home's booking page at the time of booking, which take precedence over anything on this site.
Information on this site
We work hard to keep villa details, island guides and travel information accurate, and we say where each fact comes from. Even so, hours, schedules, prices and availability change, businesses close, and weather happens. Confirm anything that matters to your plans directly with the operator concerned. Nightly rates and availability are shown only on each home's booking page.
Booking
Booking a home takes place on its booking page, operated by Sterling Point Real Estate. Submitting a form on this website is an inquiry, not a reservation.
Intellectual property
Text, design and villa photographs on this site belong to Sterling Point Real Estate or are used with permission. Island photographs credited to Wikimedia Commons contributors are used under the licenses stated on the photo credits page. You may not reproduce site content commercially without permission.

Guides link to businesses, parks and services we don't control. We list them because we verified they were operating when we wrote the guide; we're not responsible for their content or services.
Limitation of liability
